hello everyone!

i am writing  a research paper on composting programs in major hotel chains, specifically in teh new york city area.  If anyone has any information, advice, knowledge, etc on this topic please contact me!  I would like to focus the paper on how one major hotel chain could introduce a composting program and make it work with the space they have in the city.  I would like to measure the amount of waste this would deter from landfills and how much tonnage of greenhouse gas emissions it would avoid, as well as addressing the costs of implementing the program as far as installing a compacter or composter for the food waste and training employees.  If anyoen knows of similar programs I would love to hear about it.
