As Autumn turns to Winter, it’s almost time to change the theme on our website to a lovely snowy scene created by our friend Jackie.
 
It's also a good time to look forward and begin some preliminary preparations for next year’s growing season. The addition of some well rotted manure to the beds in the greenhouse and walled garden will restore vitality and nutrients to the soil after the very productive growing year we’ve had.  
The stored and preserved produce from the garden also add a little warmth to long winter evenings in front of log fires.
