TIES Second Annual Gala and Trip Auction -USA

TIES will hold its second annual Gala and trip auction fundraiser in
Washington, DC the evening of Thursday, April 28th. This year's Gala
will also mark the Celebration of TIES 15th anniversary. The event
will be held at the beautiful historic Carnegie Institute in downtown
Washington, DC and will feature a silent and live auction of trips and
