Greece: 'Re-thinking Environment' Group Photography...

  • This exhibition, curated by Nina Kassianou, is about the experience of the environment, in all its manifestations, which reveals the emotions and thoughts that the photographers has projected on it. The diverse and multi-faceted ways which photographers perceive this experience echoes the breadth of this exhibition.

    The exhibition is a journey followed by 14 artists which spans a wide range of photographic genres including all the kinds of contemporary photography. By examining issues related to nature and humanity Re-thinking Environment contributes also to the ongoing debate around the world on environmental awareness. 

    Participating photographers include Ecoclub Member Yannis Tzortzis, founder of the Green Project NGO. His photos were taken during the green photo journey: "Green Project in South America: Bogota – Land of Fire, from geodiversity to biodiversity". The journey covered 17,135 km and 8 countries, i.e. Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. .
