Description
From 1 April 2024, those over 18 can carry up to 25 grams for their own consumption and keep 3 plants at home while cannabis clubs selling cannabis will follow from 1 July 2024. Germany thus becomes the 6th EU country to partially legalize/decriminalize the recreational use of cannabis following the Netherlands, Malta, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal.
