The new GSTC MICE Criteria have been published and are free to download "for non-commercial use". They cover Venues, Event Organizers, and Events & Exhibitions and were developed with support from the Singapore Tourism Board. The criteria complement the GSTC Industry Criteria (for Hotels and Tour operators) and the GSTC Destination Criteria, while the GSTC is also developing separate criteria for Attractions.
