Ecoclub Focus™ - Tourism & Geopolitics from an ecologic perspective

The Union which represents employees working in Greece's large Tourism and Leisure sector, currently in lockdown since early November 2020, protests the meagre and patchy support provided by the Ministry and explains that tourism and restaurant workers are unable to survive unless the state fully covers their wage. Currently, the state offers a Euros 534 monthly benefit to some, Euros 400 to others, and yet many receive nothing as they fail to meet the conditions and requirements.
