6th Caribbean Conference On Sustainable Tourism Development-CUBA
April 27
The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) announced that the conference would be held at the Habana Libre Hotel in Havana from April 27 -30, 2004. For the second successive year, it will be staged in collaboration with the Association of Caribbean States (ACS).This year's conference theme is Keeping the Right Balance: Land and Sea Encounters, highlighting the impact of land and sea -based activities on the sustainability of coastal areas and the resources necessary for sustainable tourism development.
