* Dr Hermann Scheer, author of "The Solar Economy",
and German MP, is speaking at the London School of Economics at midday and 5.00 pm.
Named recently as one of five Heroes of the Green Century by Time Magazine,
Dr. Scheer believes that in the next 50 years we can replace all fossil and
nuclear fuels.
