Combined theoretical knowledge with applied practical examples. Strong focus on the management of destinations and organizations from a sustainable perspective. Field work with small destinations and local DMO’s. Project, events and human resource management, consumer behavior and marketing. Knowledge on how to conduct academic research.
-Master in Service Management - specialization tourism, Lund University.
Theories and models of management of the services related to tourism; sustainability, social sciences, leadership, management and organization of business. Deep knowledge in the fields of strategic and project management, sustainable development or value creation among others. Strong link to research, main methods in research were deeply studied and implemented thorough different projects.

Work Experience
My working experiences have always been connected with customer service, customer interaction, in other words, dealing with people. As a student advisor I had the opportunity to lead and manage a group of students, were I acquired abilities such as leadership, decision making, event management, logistics, organization and multi-tasking. From my working experiences, due to the constant interaction with customers I gained abilities related with public speaking, excellent communications skills or the ability to work in high stressful environments.Dealing with people is one of my main strengths. Additionally, all my years leaving in Sweden enable me to be surrounded by a multi-cultural environment, hence I have the capacity to interact with individuals from different cultures and ideologies open minded. My current position at a hotel chain department is providing me with knowledge about the tourism industry from the insight, understanding how it functions from a provider perspective.
