Work Experience
My background lies in tourism's impact on the local community. I studied it at university. I always worked for ecotourism initiatives (ecotourism defined as responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment, sustains the well-being of the local people, and involves interpretation and education) or destinations, such as Dyfi Unesco Biosphere Reserve (UK), North Devon Unesco Biosphere reserve (UK), Valle Albano Park (Italy), Spina Verde Park (Italy). Since 2017 I have a deeper experience within the tourism sector because I contributed to developing Slow Travel and Tourism, an incoming travel agency born from the DMC Slow Lake Como experience. In 2019 also started my adventure within the hospital sector. I run with my family a beautiful lake view hotel (built-in 1904) it is indeed hard work but we are very proud that our guests feel having a home and a family to visit in Lake Como. -
