Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Naturalist to join our team. The Naturalist will be responsible for leading nature walks, organizing safaris, documenting/presenting our initiatives for guests, developing programs and initiatives as guest 'experiences', and conducting educational programs to enhance our guests' understanding and appreciation of the local ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for nature, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to conservation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Survey the flora and fauna at the property and surrounding areas 
- Present in print/digital/verbal formats the various projects undertaken by Aarunya in a dedicated area of the Aarunya library. 
- Lead nature walks and wildlife safaris to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the region.
- Train existing Butlers and other staff at Aarunya about programs and biodiversity at the property and surrounding areas.
- Educate guests about the importance of conservation and sustainable practices.
- Organize and conduct educational programs, including lectures and workshops, on topics related to nature and wildlife.
- Collaborate with local conservation organizations to support conservation efforts in the area.
- Assist in the development of nature-based activities and experiences for our guests.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during outdoor activities.
