Description
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has approved a US$60 million Conditional Credit Line to foster sustainable development in the Bahamas by stimulating 120 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the country's blue economy through finance and technical assistance. The programme will also award 160 science degree scholarships, 120 scholarships for specialized training for tour guides, and support the Bahamas National Trust among other local institutions.
